Content of the workshop:
Introduction in the history of the Galician culture of bakery/Preparation of a variety of typical Galician/Spanish bread and pastry recipes, partly baked in a wood stove/Excursions/Exchange with colleagues

Objective of the workshop:
New recipes/specialties which will inspire you and your customers!

Target group:
Professional bakers/pastry chef´s who are open for new recipes and the enhancement of their assortments.
– Non-Professional artisan bakers who would like to learn more about baking and enchance their skills.

Vocational training center EFA A Cancela, As Neves (Pontevedra), Galicia
