Workshop „German Pastries – Gugelhupf endulza Galicia“

As a German native who lives over more than 11 years in Galicia, I´m not only dedicating myself in conducting workshops in Galician and Spanish bread and pastries for foreigners, but also workshops for Galician professional bakers and trainees in German bread and pastries.

Here are some impressions of my last workshop with professionals and trainees in the school bakery of EFA A Cancela.

After a short introduction in German pastries, the participants prepared in teams 9 different recipes and presented them based on a short tecnical and historical fact sheet.

The workshop ended with a tasting of all pastries being baked that morning.
